Tried the new released seasonal Hoho buzz tea.
Dong Ding Oolong Tea with fresh milk instead of the oat milk tea. Had 50% honey which the sweetness is just nice. The honey taste is quite original, as with the flowery sweetness in it.
Staff is quite patient in answering a few questions.
Cannot redeem with points for this drink.

I only have been to this outlet a few times and special shoutout to the staff ‘Hui Ting’ for remember my order! This adds a human touch and warmth to the quick service. Their drinks standard have been the most consistent in my opinion. Will definitely come back again!
Waited for more than 20 minutes. Understaffed and flooded with Grab orders which seemed to be prioritised over in person orders.

Can neverrrrr go wrong with Chicha! Amazed at how each outlet is so consistent with the drink! Bubbles are soft yet chewy. Tea fragrance is superb.
Interesting bubble tea shop from taiwan but to be honest I say I never try before. My fiancée insisted said her friend constance brought to our house before and on another occasion shopping we got it.
In any case, it seems to me I never seen this in the east area or at least the areas which I frequent. Given the fact it is rare and from TAIWAN, I rate it max stars 😁🙃🙃
We ordred mango cream pie (high mountain pouchong tea + mango + mousse). Tasted fresh and refreshing with fruit tea taste and something new!
The counter brewing machine is also pretty cool.

Service was fast. The staff was friendly and quick. Thankfully, the waiting time wasn’t that long.
The whole experience was good.
Strongly recommended for people who wanted a good cup of bubble tea.
Good quality tea, but extremely super slow like a tortoise in service compare to other bubble tea shops. Waiting time is excruciating, requiring a patience-testing 40 min just to receive my drink. It’s even longer than the wait for a full fledge meal in a food establishment. I’ll forgo buying next time.
The extensive wait simply isn’t worth my time, even if it might taste better than other shops.
